The preseason opener for Men's and women's basketball is in three days for the girls and five days for the boys.
Collins and Aldrich share preseason co-POY for Big 12. Look for Thomas Robinson and Xavier Henry to be big contributors for the Jayhawks again. The women's basketball team is expected to compete for the top spot in the Big 12 this season.
KU Olympic Sports
The soccer, volleyball and cross country team all have important matches this weekend. The soccer team is looking to make the Big 12 tournament this week but needs a win over Missouri. The women's golf team finishes second in their last tournament.
