The University of Kansas baseball team (25-18) will play Wichita State University (30-7) tonight at 7 p.m.

The Wichita State Shockers are currently ranked seventh in the nation and defeated the Jayhawks earlier this year in Lawrence, 7-3. The Shockers are 23-2 at home this year, while the Jayhawks have struggled away from Hoglund Ballpark, with a 3-9 record in true road games. Kansas last won at Eck Stadium on May 4, 2005 when they beat Wichita State 5-3.

After tonight, Kansas will return home and play Kansas Wesleyan University at Hoglund Ballpark on Wednesday.
